| I am Chef at a very large and well know Italian restaurant in Philadelphia Pa. I consider myself a cultured pallet in my field..I was shocked at the brilliant and exquisite taste from olive oil. In my opinion you have reach and unmatched plateau close to the perfection in depth, balance and roundness. Well done!!! Well Done!!! | |

| Having been in the natural food industry for over 40 years, I've tasted all the Hain oils, then upgraded to Spectrum, and thought I had hit the top with Lucini, which makes a very good product. But NOTHING even comes close to OliVaylle. I never heat it in any way for fear of ruining the best tasting and best quality oil I have ever used. | I tried this Aussie product out of curiosity, and return for more out of necessity! This is truly the best olive oil I have ever tasted. So good, in fact, that I splurged on buying 18 year balsamic vinegar to go with the olive oil for a dipping sauce for bread. It is amazing in flavor, with the deep nuttiness reaching far into your tastebuds and luring you in for more. I had a friend try it, and now have her hooked on the "pure gold" essence of olives. | |
